It is in my experience, that when I witness humans not living happily to the fullest most peak potential, be it in your personal lives, professional lives or your relationships, all that it may mean is that your patterns or "beats" may be out of alignment or rhythm.
Many of us can get caught up in the tempo known as the "hustle and bustle" of life resulting in the many different forms of what we call stress. It is during these times that stress can be constantly in motion. When lifes tempo gets too fast we crash and sometimes hard.
According to the Universal Law of Rhythm the degree a pendulum swings from one end is always matched by the degree it swings to the other. We are no different. Moments like these call us to slow down and seek balance, rhythm.
Feeling good has its own special rhythm too. In fact for every bad experience there is an equal or opposite good experience, as Mr.Einstein put so eloquently. When we experience these “good things” it is called “being in rhythm”. When we are "out of rhythm" our experience tends to be stressful.
So it is with our tempos and rhythms that we are to start paying particular attention to if we are to live happy; fulfilling ourselves while gifting others through meaningful relationship.
Someone said: "Belief is the death of intelligence". Beliefs can literally be translated into beat patterns or rhythms. You or someone you know may have a chronic way of thinking or belief pattern. When your beliefs no longer serve or support and are causing stress to yourself and others then the time to learn a new rhythm couldn't be any better than the present NOW.
Being a percussionist for 16 years and having taught for 7 has simply shown me that with a little coaching and commitment, on behalf of the student(s), anyone through the Universal Law of Rhythm can harness it's power to create a stress free life of happiness, wealth, abundance and joy.
An idle thought indicates the mind is on strike. Don't delay.
Put the mind down quickly and forcilbly.
